How we start..
Colour Matching is the most important step in our process, we will require photo’s of your outfits and accessories so that we can advise you on the materials available.
Some colours will have less options than others but we can come up with solutions early on so that we can match your outfit for you.
Designing Your Headpiece…
You may already have an idea of the type of headpiece or hat your looking for but we will be able to help you with a suitable design that will fit your personal style and requirements.
Payment..
Once we have decided on your design and matched your colours we will let you know how much it will cost.
All headwear is bespoke and as such is non refundable but we will make sure that you are consulted throughout the design and creation to make sure you are 100% happy before posting it out to you.
Invoices are sent through PayPal or we accept Bank transfers on the understanding that you are aware the item is non refundable.
Photos…
We will keep you updated with your headpiece with photo's. Depending on the amount of different elements you will receive photo's once the base is completed and at different stages so that you can confirm that you are happy with your headpiece before we continue to the next step.
Once completed you will be sent photos of your headpiece from every angle so you can see the finished product.
Fitting…
If you have purchased your headpiece online, we will automatically fit the headpiece for you and if its a particularly heavy or large headpiece it will be fitted with both a millinery headband and an elastic band to hold it in place.
If you have been to the studio, you will need to return for your fitting unless you ask for it to be fitted before its posted.
All headbands and elastic will be made to match your hair colour.
Aftercare…
Once your headpiece has arrived we will still be on hand to offer any alterations you may need or assistance with fittings.
All alterations are free or charge.
