Last week we shot our Autumn/Winter 2017 Collection and it was easily one of the best shoots we’ve ever had! In the Village where we live is an abandoned barn which we decided would be perfect and when we entered we were amazed to find the most incredible house which has been empty since the 1950’s!! It was perfect and led to some of the most incredible pics despite us all being a little freaked out by it all afterwards!

Here are some behind the scenes shots…

Huge Thanks to my Amazing Team

The Next Big Thing!!

You would have to live under a rock not to of heard of the amazing talented Milliner and fashion designer Carrie Jenkinson who has been slowly but surely making her way up the fashion ladder for the last couple of years!

Her quirky and individual designs have been getting more and more popular in the US and when she launched an exclusive collection for Hatsational in New York City last month I was just absolutely desperate to interview her and I was blessed that she gave me the opportunity to find out more about this flourishing designer!

Carrie works from a studio based at home and has been working as a designer and milliner now for 6 years! In this short time, she has launched Collections across the world and now has Collections for House of Fraser on Oxford street as well as exclusive collections for Jigsaw in Australia and Lovehats alongside the UK’s biggest and Brightest millinery elite including Philip Treacy and William Chambers.

Unbelievably, Carrie’s big break came very early on in her career when she was invited to design Masquerade masks for the Elephant Family and as a result worked alongside some of the biggest names in the business Vivienne Westwood, Manolo Blahnik, Matthew Williamson, Mario Testino to name but a few.

Since this remarkable event, Carrie has gone on to gain hat fans across the globe gaining more and more interest from every corner with her headpieces turning heads at some of the biggest race events of the year from Ascot to The Melbourne Cup.

As her popularity grows I’m wondering what’s next on the cards for her! Is she the next big thing?? I think we should all watch this space, I for one will be watching to see just how big a fashion star Carrie is set to be!!
